The func_nobuild is a brush based entity which prevents engineers from building anywhere in the area where this brush exists. They are invisible in the game, so you can use any texture you like. They are useful at spawnpoints to prevent engineers from building sentry guns which will either prevent their own team from spawning, or kill the opponents as soon as they appear. It is also useful to know that engineers cannot build on top of entities, which can limit it in some places.
